These terms apply to this website, run by Clearwater Vehicle Services LLC. Using the site or sending us an estimate request means you are happy with them.
What this site is
It describes the mobile auto repair work we do and gives you a way to ask for an estimate. It is information, not an offer to enter a contract, and submitting the form does not book anything by itself.
Estimates and prices
Estimates are free. An estimate given before anyone has seen the vehicle is based on what you have described, and it can change once a technician has looked at it. Where this site shows a price, it is a starting price for that kind of job and not a quote for your vehicle.
Nothing is worked on and no part is ordered until you have approved a price.
Where and when we work
We are a mobile business with no customer-facing shop, so all work happens where the vehicle is: a driveway, a workplace lot, a fleet yard or a body shop bay. We work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do not offer after-hours or roadside call-out.
Some jobs cannot responsibly be done on site, and some locations do not allow the work. If that turns out to be the case we will tell you rather than start.
Accuracy of what you read here
The advice pages describe how vehicles usually behave. They are general information written by a technician, not a diagnosis of your vehicle, and they cannot replace someone actually looking at it. Do not rely on them to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive.
We keep this site current, but specifications, service coverage and availability change. Nothing here is promised to be complete or free of error.

The text, photographs, logo and layout belong to Clearwater Vehicle Services LLC. You are welcome to link to any page. Copying the content to publish it elsewhere is not permitted without asking us first.
Photographs of completed work are checked before publishing so that no license plate, face or customer business name is identifiable.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end of the link and we are not responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website itself, as distinct from work we have actually carried out on a vehicle. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
