What we handle

  • Preventive maintenance on a schedule you set
  • Brakes, suspension and steering
  • Starters, alternators and charging faults
  • Diagnostics on every module, not just the engine

The Real Cost

The repair is rarely the expensive part

A van with a squealing belt needs a belt. The same van sitting at a shop is a route not run, a driver on the clock with nothing to drive, a customer rescheduled and a manager spending the afternoon arranging a ride to collect it. None of that appears on the repair invoice, and all of it costs more than the belt. Shop repair is built around the vehicle coming to the shop, so every job carries a drop-off, a queue you cannot see into and a pickup. Multiply that by a fleet and the loss is not the repair bill. It is the days the vehicles spend somewhere other than working.

We reverse it. A certified technician drives to your yard, the vehicle stays where you can see it, and it goes back into service once the work is signed off.

What We Service

Cars, trucks, vans and box trucks, on site

We work on the vehicles that actually make up Tampa Bay fleets: cars, trucks, vans and box trucks, which covers service and delivery vans, pickups, pool cars and the growing number of hybrids in courier and taxi work.

Heavy diesel is where the line sits. We take on diesel work in a limited way and would rather say so here than find out in your yard, so tell us what the unit is when you call and you get a straight answer before anything is booked.

  • Preventive maintenance

Oil and filter service, fluids, filters, belts, hoses, tire condition and a documented inspection of each vehicle. Scheduled so the whole fleet gets covered while the units you need out on the road stay out on the road.

  • Brakes, suspension and steering

Loaded vans wear pads and rotors far faster than family cars. We measure every corner rather than working from mileage, and we service the suspension and steering components that carry the load.

  • Diagnostics and electrical

Full module scans, parasitic draw testing and wiring repair. Upfitted vans are where electrical faults live, and shelving, beacons, inverters and radios spliced into the nearest circuit turn into flat batteries on Monday mornings.

  • AC and cooling

Leak detection, evacuation and recharge for R134a and 1234YF, plus cooling system work. A driver with no AC in a Tampa August is a retention problem, not a comfort one.

  • Engine and transmission

Diagnosis before anything is committed, then removal and installation on site where the job allows it. The unit stays in your yard rather than joining a shop's waiting list.

  • Roadside and no-start work

A vehicle that will not start cannot be driven to a shop. We diagnose it where it sits during working hours, so the fault gets found without a tow and without the unit joining a queue somewhere you cannot see it.

How It Runs

Work that fits around your routes

Scheduling is the part most fleet managers care about more than the wrench work. We agree a window that suits your operation and work through vehicles in the order you set. Units that are earning stay out, units that are parked get done, and on a fleet running day routes that usually means working through vehicles as they return.

You get one point of contact and one invoice rather than a folder of separate tickets, and every vehicle we touch gets a written record of what was found, what was done and what was flagged for next time.

Every technician who comes out to your yard is ASE certified and factory certified, and every one of them works to the same standard, so the inspection does not change with who arrives. We are licensed and insured to work on your vehicles at your yard or your job site. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • A service window agreed around your routes
  • One contact, one invoice, one maintenance record per vehicle
  • Vehicles stay in your yard from start to finish
  • ASE and factory certified, licensed and insured

Recurring Work

A schedule beats a breakdown

Most fleet breakdowns are wear items that were visible months earlier, and each one is cheap while the vehicle is parked in your yard and expensive on the shoulder of the Howard Frankland.

We set up a recurring visit at an interval that matches how your vehicles are used, inspect each unit against the same checklist every time, and split the findings into what needs doing now and what to plan for. You decide what gets approved. That inspection record is also what makes the difference at resale, because it is a documented history rather than a stack of unplanned repairs.

  • A belt tensioner with play, caught before it strands the vehicle
  • A battery reading low on a load test, before it becomes a no-start
  • Brake pads at two millimeters, measured rather than guessed from mileage
  • A stopped cooling fan, found before the AC quits at every stop light

Coverage

Yards across Pinellas and Hillsborough

We cover fleet yards and job sites in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Dunedin and Pinellas Park, and reach south to Sarasota. Pinellas Park and the industrial stretch along Ulmerton hold a good share of the light commercial vehicles in the county, and that is a short drive for us.

  • Mechanical repairs for belts, charging, cooling, suspension and steering
  • Advanced diagnostics for every module on the vehicle
  • Engine and transmission diagnosis and on-site R&I

Questions

What shops and fleets ask

How many vehicles do I need before this makes sense?

There is no minimum. Two vans in a yard already lose more to drop-off and pickup than the repair costs, and the saving grows with the count. Tell us the fleet size on the form and we will build the estimate around it.

Can you work on vehicles overnight or outside business hours?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Within those hours we work around your routes, and we get through the most vehicles on the days your units sit parked. We do not offer after-hours or overnight service.

What do I get in writing?

A record per vehicle of what was inspected, what was found, what was repaired and what was flagged for the next visit, plus a single invoice for the run rather than a ticket per unit. That history stays with your fleet.

Can you service hybrid vehicles in the fleet?

Yes. Hybrid pool cars and courier vehicles are a growing share of what we see, and battery cooling is the item nobody has on a maintenance schedule. We inspect and service the pack cooling and handle high-voltage isolation using the manufacturer's procedure.
