Scanning
Pre-repair and post-repair scans that stand up to an audit
A modern vehicle stores faults across every module on the bus, and a collision touches more of them than the estimate shows. A door skin takes out a blind spot sensor. A battery disconnect during teardown sets codes in half a dozen modules that have nothing to do with the impact.
We scan before teardown so you know what was already stored and what the collision caused, and scan again after the repair to prove the vehicle left your shop with every module reporting clean. You get the reports for both, which is what an insurer, a customer and your own file all need.
The pre-repair scan is also where supplements come from. Faults that only a scan reveals get documented before your estimator writes the file rather than after the vehicle is back together and the ceiling is already agreed.
- Pre-repair scan before teardown, with the report
- Post-repair scan and verification before delivery
- Documented fault list for supplements and the insurer file

ADAS
We bring the targets and calibrate in your bay
Every system that reads the road needs its aim confirmed after the panels around it move. Forward-facing cameras behind the windshield, front and corner radar, blind spot modules in the quarters, parking sensors in a repaired bumper. A bumper cover off and back on is enough to require a calibration on many vehicles, and so is a windshield replacement or a suspension change that alters ride height.
Sending that vehicle to a dealer means a driver, a vehicle out of your control and a queue you cannot see into. We bring the targets and the scan tools to your shop and calibrate in your bay. Static calibrations run against the manufacturer's target setup, with the floor, the space and the lighting requirements checked before we start, and dynamic calibrations get driven on a road that meets the procedure rather than on the nearest street.
Every calibration comes back with documentation: the procedure used, the pre-condition checks, and the confirmation that the system passed. A calibration nobody can evidence is a liability sitting in your file.
- Static calibration with manufacturer target setup in your bay
- Dynamic calibration driven to the specified procedure
- Windshield, bumper, radar bracket, mirror and ride-height triggers
- Documented pass for every system calibrated
Modules
ABS and airbag module work, handled in house
The two modules that hold vehicles in a shop are the ones nobody wants to touch. An ABS module with a stored fault means the car cannot be delivered, and a replacement unit needs programming and a security relearn before it does anything. An airbag module that has recorded a deployment will not clear, and a car with an SRS light is not going back to a customer at any price.
We diagnose both rather than swapping units. On ABS, that means reading live wheel speed data and finding the corner that drops out, because the fault is often a sensor, a connector behind a wheel liner or a harness break from the impact rather than the module itself. On SRS, it means testing the circuits, replacing the deployed components, clockspring and seat harness connectors included, and resetting the module once the underlying fault is repaired. Where a module has genuinely failed we handle the replacement and the programming, and where the fault is a known internal one that can be repaired instead, we take that route.
- ABS module diagnosis, repair, replacement and programming
- Wheel speed sensor, connector and tone ring faults from impact damage
- Airbag module reset after the underlying fault is repaired
- SRS component replacement, clockspring and seat harness connectors
Mechanical R&I
The mechanical work a structural repair needs
Body and structural work stops the moment a job needs a mechanical technician, and carrying that trade on staff is not the answer for most shops. We do that work at your shop, on the vehicles that need it, when they need it.
On a structural job it runs in two passes. We remove what has to come out so your technicians can reach the structure, your shop does the body and paint work with the vehicle never leaving your control, and we come back to reinstall, reconnect and verify before it goes out.
Engine and transmission R&I
Full removal and installation for structural access, including accessory and harness transfer, fluids, and the relearns a reinstalled unit needs before delivery.
Engine cradle work
Cradle removal, transfer and installation on structural repairs, with the suspension, steering and driveline components that come with it.
Dash removal and installation
Full dash R&I for HVAC, harness and structural access, then the reassembly, with every connector back where it belongs and every module verified afterwards.
Wiring harness repair
Connector repair, cut, crimp, solder, adhesive-lined heat shrink and re-loom to factory routing. Section replacement only where the damage runs further than a splice can reach.
Airbag replacement
Deployed module and sensor replacement, seat and curtain components, and verification that the system arms clean before the vehicle goes back out.
Hybrid and EV isolation
High-voltage service plug removal, isolation testing and documented disconnect before your techs start, then reconnect and verification when the repair is done.
How We Work With You
We work alongside your techs, not around them
The arrangement is simple. Your estimator or production manager tells us what is coming, we schedule against your cycle time, and we work in your bay while your technicians carry on with the panels and the paint. No vehicle leaves your control, no driver gets tied up, and no job waits on a dealer's calendar.
Every technician who comes into your bay is ASE certified and factory certified, and every one of them works to the same standard, so the diagnosis does not change with who arrives. The lead mechanic has spent more than thirty years in the trade. We are licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance naming your shop before the first vehicle. Every job comes back with the scan reports, the calibration documentation and a written record of the work, so your file is complete before the vehicle is delivered.
We cover collision centers in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Dunedin, Pinellas Park and Sarasota. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Scheduled against your cycle time, worked in your bay
- Scan reports and calibration documentation with every job
- Every technician ASE and factory certified, to the same standard
- Licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance naming your shop
Questions
What shops and fleets ask
Do you calibrate at our shop or do we send the vehicle out?
At your shop. We bring the targets and the scan tools to your bay. Static calibrations need floor space, level ground and controlled lighting, and we confirm those conditions before we start. Dynamic calibrations get driven on a route that meets the procedure.
Can you handle engine and transmission R&I on a structural job?
Yes. Removal, installation, accessory and harness transfer, fluids and the relearns the vehicle needs afterwards, done in your bay while your technicians work on the structure.
How do we schedule work with you?
Tell us what is coming and when you need it, and we schedule against your cycle time. Send us the week ahead and we plan our runs around your bay. Call 727-410-0850 or send the form and we will set up a point of contact.
