This policy covers clearwatervehicleservices.com and explains what happens to the information you send us through it. It is written by Clearwater Vehicle Services LLC, a mobile auto repair business based in Clearwater, FL.

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, email address, phone number, the make and model of your vehicle, the service you think you need, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. That is a normal part of running a website and we do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

How the form works

The estimate form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your submission passes through Web3Forms and arrives as an email at info@clearwatervehicleservices.com. This site has no database and no backend of its own, so nothing you send is stored on the website itself.

What we use it for

• Replying to you with a free estimate or a follow-up question.
• Arranging and carrying out the repair, if you go ahead.
• Keeping ordinary business records of work we have done.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tag manager scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so before the change goes live.

Payments

No payment is taken through this website. Nothing here collects card details or bank information, and we will never ask you to send them by email.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in our email for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the work. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a job we actually carried out.

Your choices

Email info@clearwatervehicleservices.com or call 727-410-0850 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Children

This site is aimed at vehicle owners and businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
