Every job below was photographed where it happened, in a driveway, a workplace lot or a body shop bay. No vehicle here has ever been on a lift, because we do not own one.

    Engine Removal and Reinstall for a Sarasota Collision Center

    A Sarasota collision center could not reach the damage on a Lexus with the engine in the way. We pulled the engine and transaxle on site, they repaired the structure, then we came back and reinstalled it.

    Rear Brake Pads and Rotors on a Jeep Wrangler in Clearwater

    A Clearwater driver reported grinding at low speed. The rear pads were down to the backing plate and the rotors were past a regrind, so both were replaced where the Jeep was parked.

    Front Corner Assembly Replacement for a St. Petersburg Collision Center

    A collision center in St. Petersburg needed a damaged front corner rebuilt. We stripped the strut, knuckle, control arm and driveshaft out and fitted the replacements on their lot.

    Subframe Replacement on a Ford Pickup in Clearwater

    Collision damage to the frame of a Ford pickup in Clearwater. The subframe was replaced with the truck on stands at the customer's own location rather than in a shop.

    • The hub pulled off to expose the brake backing plate, shoes and adjuster, with the bare spindle and dirty old grease still on it

    Wheel Bearing Repack on a Roofing Company's Dump Trailer

    Routine wheel bearing service on a dump trailer for a roofing company we look after. Hubs stripped and cleaned, bearings repacked with fresh grease, wheels back on.

    Wiring Harness Repair for a Clearwater Collision Center

    A collision center in Clearwater had a wiring harness damaged in the crash. We replaced the connector and re-loomed the repaired run, working on the car where it sat on their lot.

    A broken wiring connector on a vehicle in Dunedin. It was replaced rather than patched, at the customer's location, from the range of connectors the vans carry.
